    my personal recipe is a bit different

    Ingredients
    Pastry:
    1 1/4 cups (180g) coconut flour
    2 tbsp (25g) honey
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/2 cup (113g) cold unsalted butter, cut into 3/4-inch cubes
    2-3 tbsp (30-45ml) almond milk
    Filling:
    1/2 cup (120ml) LBMT Dark Maple Syrup
    1/2 cup (120ml) coconut milk
    3 large egg yolks
    3 tbsp (45g) packed light coconut sugar
    1/8 tsp salt
    1 tsp all-purpose flour
